Primary Advisor: Isaac Smith
Margarita Khramova is a 4th-year undergraduate student at York University, pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering, specializing in Space Engineering. Margarita joined Dr. Isaac Smith’s research group in May 2020. Her project focuses on identifying Karman Vortex Streets on Jupiter’s cloud layer, figuring out their parameters, and constraining them to planetocentric coordinates. In addition to this project, Margarita has been a part of the ESSENCE CubeSat team for 2 years. In 2019, she was a member of the communications subsystem team. In the fall of 2020, she became the project manager of the ESSENCE team. Margarita is passionate about planetary and atmospheric science as well as space exploration and innovation of space vehicles.
